How it works

The Fuel Saving Device uses the principle of magneticaly induced ionisation. Most people see magnets as something a child plays with but magnetism is a science in its own right, and is partly responsible for the electronic age we live in as without magnets we would not have electricity. We live on a giant magnet with a North and South Pole. It is this magnet, our planet Earth, which attracts ions from damaging cosmic rays and collects them in a protective barrier known as the ionosphere.

Magnets have their own unique magnetic fields and lines of force. Man-made magnets range from a steel bar to complex compositions of RARE AND EXPENSIVE ELEMENTS, each to produce a different effect for varying applications.

The use of magnetic fields improving the performance of combustion was reported during the 1940`s. The U.S. Air Force used a device on their Mustang aircraft which proved very succesful and was subsequently used by the Royal Air Force on Spifire and Hurricane aircraft, allowing greater range and better performance from poor quality fuel. Of course the devices used were cumbersome as only electromagnetism could provide sufficient power, unlike the materials developed by modern technology. Felix Bloch of Stanford University and Edward Purcell of Harvard University researched the existence of nuclear dipole moments and part of their findings were reported in the 1946 Physics Review. In 1952 they were jointly awarded a Nobel Prize for their work on nuclear magnetic resonance, a pheonomena they defined as :

  • Atoms that possess an odd number of protons and /or neutrons will alter their normal chaotic nuclear spins and line those spins in relationship to a strong external magnetic field.

  • Once organised, radio waves of a specific frequency can be bounced off those atoms(much like sonar or radar) and useful information can be obtained.

Initially this discovery was used in the field of nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometry. It was later discovered by Dr Raymond Damadian in 1971 that cancerous tissues (hydrogen based) give different echoes to non-cancerous. This led to the invention in 1974 of Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Imaging. This magnetic device aligns the body`s hydrogen ions whilst ignoring bone tissue. This application proved that a specific, powerfull magnetic field will align the nuclei of hydrogen ions. The Atomic `glue` that bonds atoms and groups of atoms together is the basic magnetic attraction. This allows outside magnetic forces to be expressed at the molecular level (magnetic susceptibility) thereby allowing an external(magnetic) amplification resulting in particular nuclear chemical results.

DIAMAGNETISM Diamagnetism is characterised by negative susceptibility. This can be understood on the basis of Faraday Induction acting on the orbital motions in atoms or ions whereby the electron is in a circular motion around the nucleus. If a field is introduced perpendicular to that circuit, according to Faraday`s law, there will be an electro-motive-force acting on the electron. The EMF has the effect of changing the nature of the circulating motion of atomic orbits. As a result of this field the electron will be accelerated according to Newton`s Law. With an accelerated electron spin the behaviour is altered. Regardless of the radius of the electrons orbit it`s stability is reduced and thus the ion`s affinity for other stable electrons is increased. It can therefore be stated that a diamagnetic ion, subseqeuent to magnetism, displays a net positive charge or positive ionisation. Nuclear alignment allows hydrocarbons (fuel) to flow more evenly and therefore burn more efficiently. Positive ionisation allows hydrocarbons (fuel) to attract and bond with negatively charged oxygen. This encourages more complete carbon/oxygen bonding and therefore a more complete and efficient combustion.

THE SCEPTICISM

It is human nature to be sceptical of anything that is not understood. Magnetism, although one of the oldest sciences, remains one of the least researched. A common question is, "Why are engine or car manufacturers not using ionisation?" The motor industry is not known for it`s speed of development, neither does it always come up with new ideas first. An electronic petrol injection system, through the magnetic field of the solenoid on an injector, does in part, ionise the fuel. With new designs of injectors it is not improbable that stronger fields are incorporated, positioned to provide greater effect on the petrol. Petrol companies claim that a magnetic field has no effect on an oil derived fuel; and yet why should the same petrol companies use magnetic fields on overland arctic oil pipes to prevent the oil from gelling. Until further research into the effects of nuclear magnetism is complete, it is unlikely many scientists will acknowledge its existence. However, should that prevent people saving money and reducing emissions now? Fortunately hundreds of thousands of Magnet users think not and are consequently enjoying the benefits of the product, while the sceptics continue to pay more for their fuel and are needlessly pumping excess pollutants into our atmosphere.

THE BENEFITS OF THE FUEL SAVING DEVICE

Km / liter / Power

Higher km/liter is a direct result of increased engine power. If that additional power is used to accelerate harder and drive more quickly it is unlikely a saving will be achieved. It is easy in urban driving to use a power increase without even noticing it, however IT IS STILL THERE. It is a fact that a decrease in power is noticed immediately but a steady increase is sometimes not so obvious

Smoother Engine/Easier Starting

A smoother running engine is one of the first benefits most drivers notice, this is caused by a more even and efficient combustion.Easier starting is again a result of more efficient combustion.

Exhaust Pollutants

Independent test have shown that the device reduces the levels of carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, hydrocarbons and oxides of nitrogen.

Improved Torque

Engines fitted with the device tend to have an increase in torque. With turbo vehicles the transfer from normal to turbo becomes smoother because of this torque increase.

De-coking

Carbon build up in the combustion area of an engine is a major factor in reducing performance of the engine. It forms a `crust` on the metal parts creating an uneven surface, thus preventing gases from circulating smoothly. This build up also causes a decrease in the cubic capacity of the engine. The device helps to remove this crust and to maintain a clean engine in its original condition.

Running In

Before the device shows full benefits it has to saturate the path to the combustion area. The lengh of time this takes will depend on a number of variables, however in most cases this process will be completed by the time the vehicle has completed 1000 km to 3000 km although diesel engines could take 3000 km to 5000 km.

HELPS SAVE THE ENVIRONMENT

By reducing emissions, such as hydrocarbons (HC), carbon monoxide (CO) and nitrous oxide (NOx), the air we breathe is much cleaner and healthier. Lower emissions help reduce the "Greenhouse Effect", which is one of the most critical environmental issues of our time.

IMPROVES ENGINE PERFORMANCE

As the hydrogen and oxygen molecules are excited they bombard the combustion chamber, cleaning the fuel injector nozzles and removing carbon and varnish build-up from the engine. A cleaner, more efficient engine means better power, extended engine life, and reduced maintenance costs over the life of the vehicle.

REDUCES MAINTENANCE COSTS

With more complete burning of fuel due to the MagnoFuel, less solid waste and carbon & varnish build-up remains in the engine. This reduces engine wear and maintenance, and increases the life of oil and spark plugs.

LASTS PERMANENTLY

The amazing thing about the MagnoFuel is that it is so simple. There are no moving parts to wear out. The magnet is permanent so the benefits last as long as you use the device.

IMPROVED COMBUSTION

The field of the magnets place a positive charge in the fuel.

QUICKER HEATING

Improved combustion means more heat.

REDUCED FIRING DURATION

With the energy level of the fuel raised the appliance will not fire for so long a period.

FITTED IN SECONDS

There are no tools required to strap theMagnoFuel to a fuel line.

ECOLOGICALLY SOUND

The Magnets use natural permanent power. It does not require an electrical supply or batteries.

MAINTENANCE FREE

No moving parts.

1. Pump it yourself and pay cash. If you aren't already using the self-serve pumps, you should be. The AAA figures you'll save an average 24 cents a gallon by rolling up your sleeves and wielding the nozzle yourself. At gas stations that charge different prices for cash and credit-card purchases, you'll typically save 2 to 8 cents a gallon by paying with paper rather than plastic, according to the National Conference on Weights and Measures.

2. Think aerodynamically. Bike carriers, ski racks, those car-top storage bins that look like mongo Big Mac boxes: All can interfere with your car's aerodynamic profile and cost you gas mileage. So if you aren't running out to buy a 65-pound Big Mac, leave the bin at home. (Ditto for anything weighty you've been dragging around in your trunk.)

3. Save those road trips for the fall. Gasoline prices usually rise in the spring and summer, reflecting increased consumer demand. In the fall, they tend to, er, fall. So if you take your car on vacation in the autumn instead of sooner, you'll profit at the pump. The scenery is nice then too.

4. Make your next car a gas sipper. To save money in the long haul, consider a more fuel-efficient car. The Environmental Protection Agency collects city and highway mileage estimates for new cars and other vehicles, and dealers are required to post those numbers for your comparison shopping pleasure. Among the biggest gas guzzlers on the road today: sport utility vehicles, which in many cases get less than 20 miles to a gallon in highway driving. (Many compact cars and even some midsize models can get more than 30.) Whatever kind of car you buy, you'll reduce your fuel consumption by 5% to 10% if you opt for radial tires. If you can handle a stick, a manual transmission is more frugal with gas than an automatic. And cruise control is a worthy add-on if you do a lot of highway driving. Slow and steady doesn't just win the race, it uses a lot less fuel along the way.

5.Gas on a busy highway can cost 10c more per gallon than the same brand and same grade at a quiet corner just a few blocks away. Compare prices on the routes you normally drive, but don't go out of your way.

6.When traveling out of town, check prices. It may be much cheaper in your town or at your destination.

7.Don't use a higher octane than you need. 40 million drivers unnecessarily buy a premium grade. Look at the car manual or call the manufacturer's Customer Service Department to determine the correct grade.

8.If your car doesn't seem to run right, try a different brand of gas (same octane) before switching to a higher, more expensive grade. The additives in another brand of gas might work better with your car.

9.After filling up, turn the gas pump nozzle around 180 degrees to drain the last half cup of gasoline into your tank.

10.Don't fill your tank right up to the top. As much as one half gallon can leak out when the gas sloshes around during travel.

11.Don't get zero miles per gallon warming your car. Numerous experts recommend idling your car for only about a minute and then driving it slowly for a few minutes. This will greatly improve gas mileage and also lubricate the engine better.

12.Check tire pressure once a month. Correct pressure saves gas and and could save you 50% on the cost of tires as well.

13.Check your tires for uneven wear. Proper alignment saves gas and tires.

14.Replace the air filter regularly. A dirty filter will make the engine run too "rich."

15.Tune your car at least as often as specified by the manufacturer. Tune sooner in cold weather or if you drive in heavy traffic. A tune-up will more than pay for itself in gas savings.

16.Use an "energy conserving" oil, an EC or EC-II motor oil.

17.Remove any unnecessary weight from the vehicle. (When did you really take a good look at the stuff in your trunk?)

18.If you're not using the rack on top of your car, take it off. Wind drag reduces mileage.

19.Use the air conditioner only when necessary, especially in traffic. At highway speeds, however, the AC may be more efficient.

20.Driving 55 MPH will save 10%-15% vs. driving 65 MPH.

21.Drive smoothly. Fast starts, sudden stops, weaving in and out of traffic lowers mileage.

22.If you family has two cars, drive the car that's still warm for a quick errand. A cold engine gets terrible mileage -- about one third of a warm one.

The Most Commonly Asked Questions About Your MagnoFuel®

After the mounting of the MagnoFuel®, I noticed a slightly increased fuel consumption. How can you explain this?

A. This clearly shows that the MagnoFuel does its job. By burning off the coal deposits in the combustion room and the path to the combustion room, as well as on the cylinders and rings, the volume will be increase almost to the original volume of the engine. This means that through a bigger section there will flow an increased quantity of fuel.

After having performed the already named distance - 1000 to 3000 kilometers for spark ignition engines and 3000 to 5000 kilometers for Diesel engines - the service shop must perform a new tuning of the engine, in order to bring it to the actual condition (can be compared with a new engine). This will bring with it a more reduced fuel consumption than you would have without the MagnoFuel.

Why must I build in a set of two pieces of the MagnoFuel® in my engine ?

A. Due to the fact that there is a distance of around 10 cm between the two parts of which a set consists, the first unit will make a pre-treatment of the fuel, the final treatment in order to obtain the best possible dispersion, is made by the second unit.
This will ensure a better mix between the fuel and air particles, which leads to a much better combustion.

Will my MagnoFuel® affect the factory warranty on my vehicle?

A. NO! Since the MagnoFuel® is designed in a clamp-on configuration, there are no changes necessary to the fuel lines.

How long will my MagnoFuel last?

A. FOREVER! Your MagnoFuel® comes with a Lifetime Power Warranty since they are made with permanent magnets, which never lose their power.

Is there anything I need to do after installing my MagnoFuel®

A. Generally NO! However, your MagnoFuel® was not designed as a "Band-Aid". If your vehicle is due for / or in need of a tune-up and / or an oil change, this should be done prior to installing your MagnoFuel® Also, make sure your air filter is clean or new.

Will my MagnoFuel® cause any problems with the computer in my vehicle?

A. NO! The computer is usually located inside the vehicle, and with the proper installation of the MagnoFuel® individual components, there is plenty of distance between your MagnoFuel® and the computer. Also, the type of computer in your vehicle can not be adversely affected by the presence of a magnet.

How long will it take my MagnoFuel® to make a difference in my mileage?

A. Generally the owner / driver of the vehicle will notice a change in performance, due to the MagnoFuel® , ALMOST IMMEDIATELY! The mileage sometimes may fluctuate during the stabilization period (approximately 3,000 km), however the mileage increases over this period and finally levels off after the stabilization is complete. The length of time this takes depends mostly on your personal driving habits.

I have to use a premium fuel as my vehicle knocks and pings. Will the MagnoFuel® keep my vehicle from knocking and pinging?

A. If you are currently having a problem with your vehicle knocking and pinging, then your vehicle should be repaired before installing your MagnoFuel®. Your vehicle should not be knocking and pinging unless there are already some problems, and your MagnoFuel® was not designed to repair vehicles!

Does the MagnoFuel® need special care, as in the engine compartment there can be moisture?

A. NO! There is no special care needed, as the casing is made from a very resistant material and on the other side, the built in magnets can not rust due to their specific composition. Simply clean it with usual detergent, but not with chemicals, as it is the case with other plastic or rubber parts.

Will the MagnoFuel® allow me pass my annual smog certification test?

A. YES, in most cases. Following the standard protocol by first having a "readout test only" (the information is not transferred by computer to the state officials), your MagnoFuel®
should then be installed at the smog certification station, driven around the block to burn off all non-charged fuel and IMMEDIATELY retested upon returning to the station. Following this procedure, most people experience a minimum of a 50% reduction in their emissions. If this procedure is NOT followed, the retest must be done after the stabilization period to allow the existing Hydro-Carbons and carbon and varnish buildup to burn off. If you do not wait for the stabilization, your retest could actually show higher readings than the original test, and this is NOT ABNORMAL

How long does it take to mount the MagnoFuel® and should I shut off the battery of the car?

A. If the fuel line to the carburettor or to the injection pump is freely accessible, the strapping on the line will take normaly not more than a few minutes. Even if the MagnoFuel®
is only attached and not built in, it is recommended to shut off the battery of the car like every time when you work in the engine compartment.

Can I use the MagnoFuel® in my new car if I sell the old one?

A. YES. You simply have to desmantle it from the old car and mount it in your new car with a new set of cable fasteners. So, you will take with you all the benefits of the MagnoFuel®
.

What is the guarantee on my MagnoFuel®?

MagnoFuel®
comes with a lifetime guarantee on the power of the permanent magnets.
